Sprinklers- Spring Turn ons, repairs and blowouts

Rates:

repairs $60 per hour plus parts

System turn on $60

blowouts start at $80

Pest Control- Exterior sprays + swabbing cobwebs, ant bait, vole bait stations. 

Rates:

Exterior sprays $70 or $85 with a swab of the cobwebs and wasp nest near gutters. Exterior sprays need a minimum of 3 sprays per year to get the proper protection

Interior spray $90 no minimum required

Ant bait $60

Vole/rodent bait stations $100 for 4 stations plus $15 every additional station needed

If the vole/rodent problem is bad enough can add an additional monthly check up on stations for $40 a month. This would include moving stations if needed, cleaning them out and refilling the bait.
